    Tax Exempt Orders

    We accept tax exempt orders but you must be setup as tax exempt BEFORE ORDERING see instructions below. We cannot refund tax once the order has been processed.

    Please email nicole@letsticktogether.com with Tax Exempt Certificate and full account information including; Name and Email of the teacher/librarian requesting the products; Full name and email of person responsible for payment; Name of School/Institution/Company; Full Address, Phone Number;

    If you are a secretary or purchasing agent, please provide your name in addition to the above information. We will email you when your StickTogether Tax Exempt account is setup. This is a quick process and usually done same business day, then you can either order online or submit a Purchase Order if order is $100 or greater.

    Emailing Purchase Orders

    Please email orders to support@letsticktogether.com. Please do not use snail (US) mail for orders. Orders must be $100 or greater.

    International Orders

    Welcome International Customers! We currently do not allow online international orders, but we do accept them and are able to process them through our office. International orders must be prepaid unless otherwise approved. Email order request to support@letsticktogether.com with: complete address; Name of School / Library / Company or Residence; List of kits desired; and Contact Phone Number. We will email a quote for approval and a request for prepayment by credit card prior to shipment.

    Missing Stickers?

    Email support@letsticktogether.com. Please indicate if you believe that a new kit is missing stickers and which stickers are missing. However, sometimes stickers ‘walk away’ while the poster is being created. If you are missing stickers from a kit that uses our Original 17 colors, you can buy individual sticker sheets here. If you are missing stickers from a Custom Color Kit please contact support@letsticktogether.com for assistance with a replacement set of stickers.
